How To Get Her Back After Scaring Her Away

It’s all too common for relationships to come to a screeching halt just weeks after their beginning. And while the reasons for this are more than I care to count, scaring her away is on the top of the list.
Why? Because when men fall for a girl they fall hard - oftentimes much harder than they should. And what happens? The girl ends up running for the hills to save herself from the soon-to-be suffocating relationship with a “much-to-eager-to-be-with-her” guy.
So, if you’ve recently lost someone due to the above mentioned and you want to get her back, here’s the right way to go about it…
Timing is critical in any breakup, however, in short-term relationships, it’s even more so. You don’t have much of a connection with this girl if you’ve been dating for a few short weeks. It’s very easy for her to forget you and move on to somebody else.
With this in mind, here’s what you need to do… now!
Assess your situation: have you begged, pleaded, or persuaded her to come back? If so, now is the time to step away for a minimum of a week to 10 days. The reason why should be fairly obvious: to let time wash away the “sour taste” you might have left in her mouth.
On the other hand, if things have been fairly calm since the breakup and you’ve kept your composure throughout, now is the time to push forward towards a resolution.
Here’s how…
Get a piece of paper and write down the reason you smothered her to begin with (e.g. you enjoy her company to the extent that it’s impossible to control your emotions). Below this write down what you want from this girl (e.g. to get to know her better a little bit at a time).
Now bottle this up into a selling speech - because that’s what you’re going to be attempting: to sell her on the idea that you’re worth pursuing further - in a way that she can easily digest. After doing this, commit your writings to memory.
Next, meet her in person to let her know your intentions… don’t do this through a text message, a phone call, or even an Email. There are several reasons why the direct approach is best… too many to get into here… so just take my word on this one.
Finally, back off completely. Leave the fate of the future relationship entirely in her hands. If you can find it in yourself to exercise the discipline required to carry out such a task, then you’ll (most likely) be enjoying the fruits of a rewarding relationship in the very near future.
So, stop stalling and start strategizing… and above all, best of luck.

I have been in this situation 3 years ago and i have done exactly the same thing, besides she kept ignoring me and never let me see her ever again, now its been 3 years and i am still in love.I have read for days, looked for an open door, even waited for all this time to let it die and recently i invited to have a cup of coffee(we have mutual friends) but shes still runnin away. I know i lost her forever but its really hard to accept and still hurts lots..

I have been chasin her for a year ans she finally agreed and has gone ice cold with me. I don’t know why or what to do to get her.
